This position ensures strong links between technical assistance and clients projects. Responsibilities include the following:

  • Must be aware of the market trends, competitors in the market and future threats
  • Expert marketing skills and ability to implement new and innovative marketing strategies
  • To progress and complete identified tasks and projects as required in the business planning process.
  • To ensure that service users are fully involved in decisions affecting the development and evaluation of policies, plans and performance issues affecting their area of responsibility.
  • Help the marketing team in organizing events and exhibitions for the promotion of products and capture potential markets.
  • Attend meetings and understand the details of the information technology and discuss strategies with them to ensure that appropriate performance information is available to report to Senior Management Team on performance against business objectives and financial targets.
  • Monitor the impact of the marketing strategies adapted on the sales of the product/services and make necessary amendments in the strategies
  • To liaise with the clients and act as the middle person between them and the developers.


Qualifications and Experience:
Hold an appropriate degree or equivalent management qualification .


  • Evidence of continuous professional management development (Added advantage)
  • Must be IT oriented (Added advantage)
  • Excellent communications skill, high level of interdependency, unquestionable integrity, result oriented and business focus, good PC skill and proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
  • Good presentation skills and sound mathematical and statistical skills
  • A good degree/diploma in any discipline
  • Not older than 30 years
