This is the backbone of the TV/broadcast organization. The editorial group is the backbone of a TV/Broadcast organization. It is responsible for pretty much everything that appears on your television screen and one of its main goals is to report and present the news and information accurately and in audience-friendly manner. The group is also responsible for all the production related issues including production development, production and post-productions phases. The editorial group will operate and be bound by the desire to be credible and impartial while applying the basic standards of journalism. The television news editorial staff will remain sensitive to the diverse nature of its audience and environment, be an impartial public broadcaster that continually develops its independence and autonomy while being responsive to the needs of the public to which it is accountable to.
