HOUSEKEEPING
1. SUPERVISOR: BSc/HND and minimumof 3 years experience
2. ROOM ATTENDANT: OND with minimum of 2 – 3 years experience
3. LAUNDRY MEN: SSCE/GCE with aminimum of 3 years experience
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
1. FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER: BSc/HNDin Hotel Management or related field and a minimum of 5 years experience in the industry
2. WAITER AND WAITRESS: An OND/Diploma withminimum of 2 – 3 years experience
3. ROOM SERVICE ORDER TAKER: An OND/Diploma with minimum of 2 – 3 years experience
4. ROOM SERVICEATTENDANT:An OND/Diploma with minimum of 2 – 3 years experience
5. BAR MEN (MAIN BAR): An OND/Diploma with minimum of 2 – 3 years experience
6. EXECUTIVE CHEF: BSc/HND or equivalent education/Certified Cook level and experienced in preparing local and continental cuisine; 5 years working experience in hospitality outfit
7. SOUS CHEF: : BSc/HND or equivalent education/Certified Cook level; 4 years experience
8. KITCHENS ASSISTANT: Experience preferred with at least school certificate
9. COOKS: An OND/Diploma in culinary arts and nutrition or 3 years experience in Hotel/Restaurant
10. STEWARDING/HOSTESS: Minimum of 3 years experience in a Hotel/Restaurant oufit with at least an OND or its equivalent education
ADMIN/GENERAL
1. GENERAL MANAGER/HR: BSc/HND in hotel management/related discipline with 5 years working experience in the hotel industry
2. SALES AND MARKETING: Goal getters with 3 years cognate experience in marketing
3. MAINTENANCE: Must possess 3 years working experience with the hotel industry
4. ACCOUNTANT/FINANCIALCONTROLLER:Must possess a BSc/HND in Accounting preferably CA qualification with at least 4 years Hotel experience and competent in using accounting software packages
5. PURCHASING PERSON: Minimum of Diploma in Accounting with 1 year experience in a Hotel outfit
6. DUTY MANAGER/NIGHTAUDITOR:Must possess a BSc/HND in Business Management and 2 years experience in hospitality
FRONTOFFICE
1. MANAGER: Must possess aBSc/HND and 3 years experience in a Hotel outfit
2. RECEPTIONIST: Minimum of OND with 2 years experience on the job and must be computer literate
3. CONCIERGE: Minimum of 2 years experience in ticketing/reservation in hospitality and a Diploma qualification
4. BELL BOY: Must possess SSCE/GCE and 3 years experience in a hospitality industry
