Female SPA Marketing & Beauty Retail Product Sales Manager Wanted.

We are looking for a diligent, enthusiastic; results orientated Female Spa marketing Associate who welcomes the challenge of managing and growing a young emerging business in the beauty and retail services industry.

She essentially is responsible for driving sales and overseeing the execution/implementation of key marketing initiatives for the spa services and retail products.
Role
• Develop a Spa Marketing Strategy plan to guide Marketing activities and Initiatives
• Drive aggressive retail products sales
• Manage the marketing of the training school ensuring that we achieve good enrollment numbers per session
• Build and manage the social media channels of the brand ensuring significant leads are constantly generated from the platforms, regular content is posted, customer engagement etc.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offering, pricing and promotions, and sales techniques.
• Identify new business and marketing opportunities
• To deliver all agreed targets
Experience
• Minimum of BSc/HND and 1 year's management experience in a marketing, Sales or customer facing role in the service sector, (ideally the beauty or retail industry) and in a fast paced environment.
• Strong Communication Skills, Internet Savvy and MS Office Suite Experienced User
• Proven target achievement and business acumen.
• To have successfully managed a team.

Salary Package
• 540,000 Per Annum + Bonus for achieving agreed business & Sales Targets
