A leading fast-food in Lagos needs for employment a qualified individual to fill this position

Responsibilities:
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
Perform customer verifications.
Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

Qualifications/Requirements:
Be fluent in spoken English
Be a resident of Lagos specifically LEKKI/AJAH; FESTAC; APAPA; MARINA; VICTORIA ISLAND; LAGOS ISLAND; IKOYI
Be a female between 22 and 30 years of age or Male between 20 and 25
Be an OND holder (HND & B.Sc holder SHOULD NOT apply)
Must be pleasant and have good command of English Language
Must be ready to wear uniform
