CONSULTANCY OPPORTUNITY – SHORT TERM EVALUATOR
The Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) Programme Support Unit wishes to recruit a Short term Evaluator to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) achievements from 2007 to 2011. The consultant will also document the best practices, and lessons learnt during the period under review. The CFLI is a funding mechanism within the context of the Canadian development policy framework through which small/modest scale projects are funded to undertake initiatives that involve technical, economic, educational, cultural, and /or social development assistance to the local population.
