Requirements

Degree in Engineering or Construction Technology.
Consideration would be given to other degrees with more years of experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in site (building) construction work.

Responsibilities

The role will require working closely with the Site Project Manager, Technical Resources, Site Project Leaders, key vendors, Suppliers and other stake holders.

Ensure that the right materials and processes are used in the construction work.

Management Skills

Must be capable of working with foreign Suppliers and look for cost saving opportunities.
Must have good inter-relational skills to manage both vendors and other stakeholders from the host community.

Leadership

Demonstrated capability to work effective in multifunctional teams, influential in engaging and leading people for project execution.
