English requirement for Finland

hello guys, i read this at a Finnish school website

Documents required for the application

You may apply for as many as three degree programmes/ majors at the University of Helsinki. However, in this case you must submit three fully documented application files (including a signed application form for each). In the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry, however, the applicant can submit applications only to two degree programmes and within them only to one major subject. Only those applications that are fully documented can be considered for further processing.

The signed print-out of the applicant registration you should send to University Admissions Finland with all the obligatory documents to create yourself an applicant file.

In addition to the signed application form, the application file must include all the attachments listed below.

Your degree certificate from an institution of higher education.
Your transcript, which indicates the grading system of the institution of higher education.
The test score of a language test you have taken. In the 2010 student selections the main reason for rejecting an application was the inadequate or missing language test score. Note that you need to submit the language test score only once.
A motivation letter as a part of the online applicant registration. Depending on your chosen programme, this can be an open-ended letter or you are asked to answer specific questions related to the major. Please note that you might be rejected if you do not clearly show motivation for the major you are applying for.

My questions?

(1)have you gained admission to any Finnish school (Graduate studies) without English test (Nigerians) ?

(2) Although i have written IELTS exam and i scored well above what they require, will this boost me being admitted?

(3) Nigerians currently studying in Finland, Please how is it over there?

@Dammy, meeting the criteria for admission doesn't really mean you will be admitted, you must pass the entrance examination set out by the Finnish Institute you are applying for before they can send you the admission letter, after that you can secure a study place.

Thanks for the reply Gozzi....i thought the examination is for undergraduate studies? well i wasn't stated at University of helsinki website that there was entrance examination for graduate studies? please clarify......may i know where you are?
