Vacancy in Google for Nigerians

Hello house, I got in contact with the person who posted this advert and he sent me a sales mail asking for 1,500 naira to enable me get the google job for nigerians e-manual. His name is Desmond Nweke. Does anyone know about this? Is it a fraud?
