Be careful when u get a mail from usafis organisation notifying of emerging a winner in US DV LOTTERY draws. Investigations have shown that the mail is sent to defraud u.
Do not pay money by any means to anyone or agency for visa processing except the US embassy right inside the embassy.
Don't Fall Prey to this SCAM!!!
