2. No Foreign body will ask you for payment into a Bank Account without the bank helping in publicising
their activity.
3. They said Pipeline without being specific.
4. Local content makes it in such a way that any foreign firm will have a Local firm to help in carrying out
its activities-i didn't see a Local Firm with its address on the advert.
5. Finally, such advert must be advertised in a National dailies if real.
