A newly established company in Lagos is in need of a qualified and enthusiastic professional to work as part of our team in a brand new international business development company which has recently opened an office in Nigeria and intends to have a wide regional outreach. The company will be operating offices all over the country therefore all applications are welcomed from applicants residing in this region.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule our daily agenda and to-do list, as well as weekly and monthly calendar appointments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone, fax, and e-mail traffic.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, i.e. sort and read mail, draft responses, maintain network database, receive and send overnight packages.
- Reading, monitoring and responding to emails.
- Answering calls and handling queries.
- Preparing correspondences
- Commissioning work on the principal's behalf.
- Liaising with staff, clients, etc.
- Managing the principal's electronic diary, highlight urgent correspondence.
- Booking meetings.
- Taking dictation.
- Planning, organising and managing events.
- Managing a budget.
- Attending events/meetings as representative.
- Conducting research on the internet.
- Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters.
- Preparing presentations.
- Preparing papers for meetings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of a diploma from any field are welcome to apply
