Our client is diversified group in Nigeria. They are looking to fill the position of Accountant for their Pharma Division.
The candidate will be responsible to manage day to day bookkeeping, accounting, conmercial and in accounting software packages and have a high level of written and oral communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have atleast 8 years experience in accounts department. Experience in sanitary pad industry / pharma or any other production unit is MANDATORY. Prior experience in Nigeria will be preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience in sanitary pad industry / pharma or any other production unit is mandatory

Job Description:
Overall Accounts up to finalization of Balance Sheet
Prepare MIS, Cash Flow, Production Reports, Receivable/Payable etc.
Calculate Sales Tax, liaisoning with outside/govt. authorities etc.
Sales Accounting - including billing and collections. Co-ordination for Sales matters,
Review receivables on a weekly basis and report overdue outstanding balances to the senior management.
Pricing and analysis, trade promotional accounting
General Ledger transactions including cash and bank transactions
Material and GIT accounting
Bank reconciliation
Logistics Invoice Verification
Stock reconciliation
3rd Party Reconciliation
Vendor Account Reconciliation
Customer account Reconciliation
Other tasks related to accounts and finance department
