We are all about giving a working skill to our trainees, research has
shown that contrary to popular claim that there are few available jobs
in Nigeria this is not true, there are numerous IT and Telecoms jobs

available in the industry but the problem has always been lack of

competently qualified individuals to fill these vacant positions.
The higher institutions and most training outfits only give the trainee
theoretical skills but this is not enough to equip the applicant to get
that dream telecoms job.


But here at B3C we are not interested in theory or theoretical concepts,

rather our trainings are strictly designed to meet three (3) important

criteria and give this to the trainee, these are as follows;


1. A highly practical working skill
2. Show and practicalize trainings as near as possible to what

the trainee is going to be doing in the industry

3. Make it easier by assisting the trainee in acquiring a job by
providing competent training and cv assistance plus we also
provide 1 telecoms referee to back the trainees cv and training.


To achieve all of the above our trainings are handled by a currently
working IT/Telecoms engineer as the facilitator in the telecoms industry.

Our facilitator has over 7 years working experience in training and actual
field experience to share with our trainees and much mire.


Note that all trainings by B3C mobile is practical based using world class
standard technologies/ equipment and simplified to such a basic level that
even a non technical trainee can comfortably follow and be a part of us.

and labs to back it up. our courses are designed to be under-taken between
1month to as much as 2months but currently classes run on weekends (Saturdays)

alone though we are planning on extending this to weekday trainings.
