After frantic search for a job while hangn in an estate firm doin I.T support, i got a h.p offer and about to begin soon , nokia recently calld me back to see if i am still interested for a position i applied for earlier dis year!

Check the pay then ask staff of both places what the possibility of climbing is.I know some1 working in HP and he said the pay is not so wonderful and he is looking to move. Wish u d best.

Compare the pay? NO. The comparison here should be JOB SATISFACTION and not pay. Cos u may b getting the pay and not been able to get job satisfaction.
So Go for the one you think you will get the BEST in terms of JOB SATISFACTION.
The first and best way to get a choice is to weigh it according to the satisfaction one derives from it.But if it is for the pay then let it be that u have a plan B readily handy.But above all tell it to God in prayers-He does Hear and will speak.

the outside image of both companies are wonderful. that makes decision difficult. but i tell you something - there is more to a job than just the pay. job satisfaction, career progression, staff motivation and what have you. my candid advice here and now is that you get hands-on information from members of both companies (both current and former). that will go a long way in aiding your judgement and decision.
