Anyone who is preparing for an interview at KPMG might find this useful. This is the little contribution I must make for receiving so much from this forum.
I attend their first-stage interview and it was quite different from most interviews I have attended. There were no conventional interview questions like : tell me about yourself, why do you want to work for us? et.c instead I was asked situational question as I have listed below.
1. How were you able to convince other to adopt your opinion to an issue?
2.Have you been in a team before?
3.Narrate your leadership experience and what worked for you.
4.If you were the president of Nigeria, How will you fight corruption?
5.Have you ever be given a task and you felt you lack the skill and the confidence to execute it?
6.Narrate an experience where you identified and solve a small problem before they got out of hand?
7.Has anyone ever criticized you work even after you felt you have put in you best? how did you feel? what did you learn from the experience/
8.Have you been in a competition before? How did you out do your competitors?
Do well to think about the following questions and the response you would give. Please back up you answers with examples and try to be very confident and original.

Hi oneby I did my interview on four days ago (Monday) thanks a lot the questions were similar. I pray God will help us.
please inform me when u hear from them for the next stage. I will also do likewise if I do.
