1. Medical Sales Representatives in the following territories:

§ Borno/Taraba/ Adamawa/Yobe Territories (1 vacancy)
§ Plateau/Gombe/Bauchi (1 vacancy)
§ Kwara (1 vacancy)
§ Kano/Katsina/Jigawa Territories (1 vacancy)
§ Ekiti (1 vacancy)
§ Osun/ Osogbo Territories (1 vacancy)
§ Ogun State (1 vacancy)
§ Ondo (1 vacancy)

Required Skills & Qualifications Interested candidate MUST have:

• A minimum of HND in any in Business, Marketing & Sales and Science courses from a reputable higher institution. A second degree and/or professional qualification is an added advantage
• 1+ years as a Sales Representative in a reputable Pharmaceutical company in Nigeria
• Proven sales performance over time

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent ability to prioritize
• Effective presentation skills
• Strong work ethic and customer focus orientation
• Well-developed interpersonal skill and professional demeanour

Requirements:

• Customer focused Selling skills that will generate sales from assigned territory
• Effective communication skills
• Create and execute an effective call plan in detailing health care professionals
• Utilize reporting tools provided to achieve territorial goals
• Communicate and collaborate with the Regional Business Manager on goals
• Build business relationships with assigned customers and acquire new ones
• Presentation Skills and participation at Clinical meetings
• Ability to assess business potential of existing and prospective customers

• Distribute samples to only licensed practitioners
• Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
• Build and maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or a Second class Lower

Job Specifications:

• Candidates should possess 2 - 4 years Pharmaceutical sales experience with proven track record
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Candidates must be willing to relocate in order to live in their respective territories. Some overnight travel may be required
• Competent level of knowledge on the products to be an important and reliable source of information for health care professionals within the territory
• Support the promotional activities behind your assigned products

1. Regional Manager- North

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate new client opportunities through a combination of direct and telephone contact.
• Deliver effective presentations on the total value of the contract portfolio and company services.
• Maintain contact with existing clients through presentation of audits
• Continually seek market intelligence for new leads and client requirements.
• Cultivate relationships with team members
• Engage in several field visits with his/her team members
• Attend internal meetings and exhibitions as requested

Desired Skills & Experience
•A good degree in pharmacy
•An advanced relevant degree will be an added advantage.
•Must live within 1 hour of a MAJOR metropolitan airport within the covering states.
•80% travel required within designated region.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent relationship-building skills.
•Thorough working knowledge of 2010 MS Office Suite.
