Operation ManagersFunctions-Contribute to short and long term operational planning as a member team-Development of individual program budget-Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services-Improve the operational system processes and policies-Weekly meeting with management staff2. Marketing managersFunction-Management of marketing mix-Developing the marketing strategies and plan-Managing the customers journey-Researching and reporting on external opportunities3. Computer system analystsFunctions-Coordinate and link computer system within organization to increase compatibility-Consult with management to ensure agreement in system principles-Provide staff users with assistance solving computer related-Confer with client regarding the nature of the information processing4.
