Job Descriptions:

o Ensure that the business is adequately resourced with the rightpeople, in the right place and at the right time

o Source for candidates at the executive level with the bestculture fit for the company

o Ensure the team assists in the Identification and implementationof necessary process improvements to the employee engagement and culture surveyadministration.

o Responsible for development and delivery of productdemonstrations.

o Responsible for presenting the product to customers and at fieldevents such as conferences, seminars, etc.

o Able to convey customer requirements to Product Managementteams.

o Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long-termrelationships with customers.

o Managing and interpreting customer requirements.

o Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffinglevels

o Develop new strategies and programs to attract the bestcandidates

Qualification & Experience

o BSC/HND/OND degree in any course of study

o Candidates without degree but interested in building a businesscan also apply

Skills Required

o Aggressive & Proactive work attitude

o Ability to work without little or no supervision

o Good interpersonal and Communication Skills
