Job Description:
Business Development Officer will meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring the accounts of businesses within assigned geographical territory. Candidate must be able to sell products and services to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking and generating leads and referrals. Candidate will analyze customers need and manage clients, utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of products and Services as well as negotiating and closing businesses.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling.
• Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques
• Continuously update knowledge of company’s products, services, and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace.
• Provide training for new customers
• Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools. Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
