A SUPERMARKET IN IBADAN IS CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR A SUPERMARKET OUTLET MANAGER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Overseeing good inventory of store's products.
• Training and hiring of staff.
• Ensure standard cleaning and sanitary practices.
• Ensure quality of the products.
• Ensure good communication skills.
• Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Managing stock level and making key decision about stock control .
• Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues.
• Organising special promotions, displays and events.
• Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
• Responding to customers complaints and comments.

REQUIRMENTS

• B.Sc/ HND In any relevant course
• Must have completed NYSC
• 5-7 years experience as a manager in a supermarket or fast food
