VACANCY FOR A RETAIL PROCESSING OFFICER (ABEOKUTA)
Our client is a leader in the insurance sector; due to expansion and growth, they require the service of a Retail Processing Officer in the Abeokuta Branch to ensure the business strategy of the organization is achieved by driving an effective and speedy retail processing that will assist the organization meet it sales projections.
Job Title Retail Processing Officer
Reports to Unit Head, Retail Processing Centre (HQ)
Department Operations Division
Functions & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the processing period for policies and other documents is kept within the company agreed turnaround time.
- Support the sales process by attending to customer needs geared at building a loyal customer base
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions as well as policies regarding payment
- identify and escalate issues that will not allow for the treatment of a clients request and where possible resolve them
- Carry out and process specific transactions and follow through with the preparation of documents
- Analyze and interpret trends identified during the processing process to facilitate planning and projections
- Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
- Initiating changes to improve the business and any other role that may be assigned.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Meet agreed annual financial targets
- Significantly grow the business through timely churn out of policies
- Grow annual collections of premiums
- Timely presentation of reports

• Good Knowledge of the Insurance Industry and its regulatory frameworks.

Professional Requirements Qualification:
First degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Admin or any related discipline.
Partly or fully qualified Professional (ACIIN or ACII)
Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years’ Experience
Prior Experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
Remuneration:
N44, 000 (net) other benefit: HMO
