Are you a Politics and Psychology lecturer looking to impart your knowledge to committed and motivated students? An A-Level school is seeking to hire a talented and well-qualified teacher of politics and Psychology with a passion for this subject and an ability to transmit this to their A Level students.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• planning, preparing and delivering lessons
• marking work, giving appropriate feedback and maintaining records of pupils' progress and development;
• researching new topic areas, maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge and then devising and writing new curriculum materials;
• selecting and using a range of different learning resources and equipment;
•
• Preparing pupils for qualifications including external examinations including: GCSE and A-levels.
• Implementation of school policies.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of first degree in related discipline.
• Masters Degree will be an advantage
• Must have experience in sociology/psychology in a British a school
Other Requirements
• Proven floorless work ethic, reliability and genuinely enthusiastic about the subject
• Classroom management is a big importance
• Demonstrated ability to engage the students, to motivate and encourage them to progress is desired.
REMUNERATION: Negotiable
