Job position: Head Infrastructure risk management (ES0094)
Job description:
  • Perform comprehensive risk assessment including statistical analyses
  • continuous review/assess the risk facing the NSIA's infrastructure projects so as to establish appropriate control mechanism/framework
  • Interpret and analyse reports/date/information to identify possible risk
  • generate regular reports to executives management on the risk profiles
  • up to date on the industry trends and events issues and development to assist the development and implementation of appropriate control and measures

Qualification:
  • 1st degree in economics, finance or any business related discipline
  • post graduate degree in any related discipline will be an advantage
  • excellent knowledge of risk management practices and hands on experience
  • ability to think strategically and holistically and appreciate the impact of various polices issues and solutions


Job position: General counsel (ES0095)
Job description:
  • Ensure that the NSIA complies with appropriate requirements as stated in the NSIA act and other legal documents
  • co ordinate monitor and ensure authority's overall compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
  • provide on going legal and regulatory advisory for operational and investment specific matters
  • manage external relationships with solicitors monitor and advise on litigation claims and ensure minimal damage
  • coordinate the drafting of all legal documentation between authorities and third parties as required
  • handle routine and complex contract disputes and negotiations

Qualification:
  • degree in law (L.LB and B.L) and qualification to practice in Nigeria
  • good understanding of Niegerian legal system
  • excellent wrriten and oral communication
  • maturity and tact and ability to relate with different levels of authority withing the legal sphere


Job Position: Company Secretary (ES0096)
Job description:
  • coordinate monitor and ensure the NSIA's overall compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
  • monitor and ensure appropriate and timely execution of authority's secretariat function
  • provide secretarial and administrative support to the authority's board including preparation of agenda and papers resolutions and minutes
  • render all secretarial services in respect of meetings and advise on compliance by meetings within the applicable rules
  • ensure proper custody of the statutory and other books of the NSIA and also ensure records are up to date

Qualification:
  • degree in law (L.L.B and B.L)
  • possession of ICSAN will be an advantage
  • good knowledge in leading practice in secretariat services and corporate governance
  • excellent knowledge of the Nigerian legal system
  • excellent written and oral communication
  • maturity and tact and ability to relate with different levels of authority withing the legal sphere
