Job Position: Deputy Chief of Party, TSHIP project
Location: Bauchi State
Job description:

• provide technical guidance and direction to ensure that the TSHIP program is technically sound
• direct project implementation by providing insights to technical advisers
• designs and implements the annual planning and budgeting process in collaboration with the DCOP finance and administration
• oversees the annual planning and implementation of all projects activities in the state
• facilitates communications among all project stakeholders
• mentors partner staff during project implementation
• contribute and coordinate with program's M&E staff to ensure that the program meets set targets
• provide support to technical advisers and other staff in TSHIP to document key lessons learnt in the implementation of the project

qualification:

• master degree in public health, science, social science, management or a related filed
• ability to monitor, supervise and train in health service programs
• ability to write and publish papers
• strong leadership analytically and problem solving skills
