    Vacancy for hr associate @ wild fusion limited

    Wild Fusion, a foremost Digital Advertising agency operating in three African countries seeks to recruit a Human resource Associate for its Nigerian office. The person will assist the Human Resources team, be active in employee engagement activities, be involved in the on-boarding process for employees, as well as many other aspects of HR work.
    Job Description
    · Provide operational support in areas such as recruitment, database management, interview process and employee queries of moderate complexity
    · Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
    · Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
    · Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
    · Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data and filing documents appropriately.
    · Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies and assisting to set up meetings for Wild Fusion Limited.
    · Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
    · Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
    · Updates HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and processes paperwork.
    · Assists with the preparation of the performance review forms.

    Person Specification
    · A passion for HR/people and at least 1 year experience in human resources
    · Self-starter with plenty of initiative and willingness to get involved with Wild Fusion initiatives
    · Bsc/BA Degree. At least a CIPM student at intermediate II level
    · Excellent written and oral communication skills
    · Proficiency in IT: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
    · High energy level, driven with a positive enthusiasm and a pragmatic approach.
    · Ability to handle multiple priorities and strong problem solving skills.
    · Confidential, integrity driven and discreet nature.
