Job Position: Grant Compliance Associate
Job Description:
  • serve as principal point of contact on compliance issues with partners allocated to and program managers/officers
  • implement approved capacity building training at the sites
  • reports to team leaders on partner capacity in meeting grant reporting and compliance regulation and providing recommendation for corrective measures
  • improve field/local partner staff capacity to comply with regulations
  • Deliver training curricula on compliance issues required
  • monitor allocated partner and budgets and ensure compliance with compliance manuals and donor guidelines

Qualification:
  • BSc in Accounting
  • a professional qualification in accounting
  • MBA/MSc Accounting will be an added advantage
  • computer literate
  • knowledge of quickbooks will be an added advantage
