Job Position: Financial compliance specialist for an anticipated Fiscal Agent in Nigeria
Job description:

• provide broad range of financial management services to multiple grant recipients of the global fund to fight AIDS, TB and Malaria in Nigeria
• ensure that all financial management and purchasing activities satisfy the requirement of the Global fund grant agreements
• provide professional services for fiscal management and funds control such as budgeting ,financial management, internal controls, accounting etc
• support grant recipients to strengthen its capacities and contribute to the efficient implementation of all processes associated with global funds
• support senior management team in conduction capacity assessments
• ensure the requisition are prepared and processed in accordance with established procedures
• ensure that all transactions are duly supported by original documentation

Qualification:

• strong skills in internal controls and accounting standards
• understanding of local tax laws and compliance requirements
• strong excel skills is required
• BSc in accounting or finance or equivalent
• accounting certification is required
• proven progress towards becoming a chartered accountant (CA, ACCA or similar) is stronlgy desired
