Job Position: Senior Program Manager
Job Description:
  • coordination, implementation and monitoring of sub-grants to civil society
  • leading the process of developing and reviewing CSO work plans and budgets
  • collaboration with technical team to ensure high standards of program quality
  • The SPM manages the CCFN program team so that everyone can meet goals

Qualification:
  • minimum of 5 years experience in program management in a supervisory level
  • must have good understanding of northern Nigerian culture and willing to travel frequently to Sokoto state
  • Must posses excellent communication skills but written and oral
  • Good Computer skills MS suits and Power point
  • A post graduate level will be an added advantage

Job Position: SILC program coordinator
Job Description:
  • Will be responsible for supervising field agents
  • Developing FA skills and certifying them as Paid Service Providers (PSP)
  • Reporting to the technical program director and maintaining close liaison with income generation team lead.
  • adherence to CCFN technical and program quality standards

Qualification:
  • Master degree in business management , cooperative management, agricultural economics or development studies
  • 5 years working experience in development or VSLA programs with at least focus on income generation
  • experience with saving group is an added advantage
  • excellent oral and written communication
  • Good in MS suit and power point
  • willing to travel frequently or base at least 50% of the time
  • good in northern cultural languages will be an added advantage
