Qualification:

• BSc or HND in public health, development studies, rural and regional planning, social science, Public administration or other related field
• Master degree will be an advantage
• in depth understanding of state health systems and governance of state and local government levels
• ability to develop effective working relationship with government counterparts, local organisation and other program partners
