CLIENT: Our Client, a Company and a Business leader in printing has several vacant positions in Her Admin & Technical department in its offices in Abuja, Nigeria

Position:	Printing Machine Operators and Repairs- Technical
Position Location	Abuja
Position Expectation	He is responsible for producing the highest quality of products to enable him maintain profitable customer relationships for the company. He is also responsible for maintenance and repairs of work equipment and machines to prompt the production of consumer acceptable products
Roles and Responsibilities:	· Move controls and levers to start and control printing machines. · Set and adjust speed, temperature, ink flow, and positions and pressure tolerances of equipment · Examines the job orders for the company to determine details such as quantities to be printed, production times, stock specifications, colours, and colour sequences. · Monitors feeding, printing, and racking processes of presses to maintain specified operating levels and to detect malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary. · Responsible for Monitoring stocks of materials such as paper, ink, and metal in order to maintain supplies during equipment operation · Cleans and lubricates printing machines and components, using oil, solvents, brushes, rags, and hoses. · He also Maintain records of goods produced, supplies used, production costs, and machine maintenance and repair activities. · The printing machine operator requests for supplies, materials, and equipment, and receive stock when it arrives. · He removes printed materials from presses, using hand trucks, electric lifts, , and transport them to drying, storage or finishing areas ·
Education and other requirements:	· OND in any Technical Discipline · 2 years’ work experience in a printing press with knowledge on handling and repairs of a printing machine · Experience in managing complexities of a printing machine and related tools
Age Limit	· Candidate Should be between 25-35 years old

Position:	Marketer
Position Location	Abuja
Position Expectation	Direct marketing and sales of the product. Excellent communication skills Maintain good business relationships with clients
Roles and Responsibilities:	· Demonstrate technical marketing skills and product knowledge. · To manage all aspects of printing jobs requisition, receipt and distribution · Fair Understanding of printing press operations · Assist the customer with solutions to job problems and ensure utmost customer satisfaction · Communicate to Production immediately, a problem that will affect the smooth running of the job · Grow Tremont Services existing customers & develop new business deals · Source for new clients and maintain good business relationship with them.
Education and other requirements:	· OND Marketing or in any related discipline · At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing or sales
Age Limit	· Candidate should be between 23 and 33 years old

Position:	Secretary/Front Desk
Position Location	Abuja
Position Expectation	Provide assistance to the Managing Director; take calls, schedule meetings and appointments. Receive visitors at the front desk.
Roles and Responsibilities:	§ Receives clients at the front desk § Typing and word processing § Takes calls from clients and prospects § Arranges appointments § Organizing and servicing meetings i.e. producing agendas and taking minutes § Filing of documents, and managing the database if any. § Managing the attendance booklets § Representing the General Manager in some meetings § Ordering and maintaining stationary § Sorting and distributing incoming posts, Organizing and sending out going posts § Schedules and arranges meetings and conferences for staff of Tremont Investments limited, and arranges travel reservations when needed
Education and other requirements:	· OND in Secretarial Studies · Minimum of two(2) years secretarial experience and additional experience in customer service is desirable
