Job description:

• oversee the articulation and implementation of sound control frameworks as well as polices, procedures and processes
• establishment of sound financing and investment strategies so as to maintain optimal capital structure
• effective mechanisms for managing the business financing risks
• oversee budgeting process and implementation of budgets
• effective management of the company's assets base/portfolio
• over see the preparation and approval of all financial reporting materials and reports for management and board of directors

Qualification:

Job description:

• identify and direct new revenue generation/cross selling/scope expansion opportunistic to the business

Qualification:

• A good degree and a post graduate degree such as MBA will be an advantage

Job description:

• implement an effective operational framework for anticipating and delivering proactive effective legal support to the organisation
• establish, monitor, and periodically asses framework for continued compliance with regulatory requirements
• assess and advice on liabilities/risks of all commercial transactions
• provide legal protection and risk management advise to management
• prepare reviews and modify contractual draft instruments to assist and support various business activities

Qualification:

• degree in law and a qualifying legal qualification for admission into the Nigerian Bar

Job description:

• develop and implement occupational health and safety systems , including policies
• review internal HSE polices , procedures and practice to ensure they are current and accurate

Job description:

• provide proactive human resources support around recruitment, training, performance management reward etc

Job description:

Job description:
