Oredian Education Resources Limited is a registered company and is into education consultancy services. The company represents more than ten Indian Universities/ organizations in Nigeria and it is the coordinator of OERL study in India annual scholarship. Due to expansion, we presently require the services of the following:

1. Student Affairs/Admissions Officer:
Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies. Conduct student recruitment exercise Interview students to understand their objectives and background. Provide clarifications to student’s queries in a professional manner. Follow-up with students for any enquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails. Advice students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved. Provide assistance with recruitment activities, student interviews, admission publications, and information sessions. Provide assistance to the students to complete the enrolment forms. Inform students about the courses offered and the tuition fees. Arrange orientation programs, educational Exhibition/fair Provide support to prepare admission related presentations Develop innovative communication strategies, recruitment strategies and enrolment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students. Participate in all recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions and school visits Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student reports for management whenever required. EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS A completion of a degree /HND programme from a recognized educational institution supplemented by at least 4 years work experience is required. A vast knowledge and usage of ICT is a paramount requirement.
2. Confidential Secretary/Personal Assistance to MD:
· Provide secretarial and administrative support to the MD.
· Drafting and writing of correspondences (emails, letters, etc).
· Organize meetings by notifying participants, making room arrangements, preparing agendas and required informational materials for the meeting.
· Research, compile, assimilate and prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
· Establish and maintain filing system; reorganize files as required; establish subject matter files; purge files of unnecessary items according to established policies and procedures.
· Responsible for resolving routine repair and/or maintenance problems for company’s properties.
· Maintain accurate records of all repair and maintenance issues and invoices.
· Periodically inspect the facility (at least weekly) to insure all areas are kept in a neat, orderly, clean, safe, and efficiently operating condition.
· Co-ordination of maintenance schedules and standards for aircon and electrical works.
· Participate in ad-hoc projects and any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
· Other adhoc duties assign.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Completion of a degree /HND programme from a recognized educational institution supplemented by two or more years’ experience working in a professional office environment. Ability to work very well with computer is also required.
3. Clerical Officer: Performing all the clerical duties in the office and keeping of the office tidy and well maintained. Attending to visitors and keeping the record of enquiry.
