Vacancies in a consulting town planning firm

VACANCIES EXIST IN A CONSULTING TOWN PLANNING FIRM BASED IN IKEJA-NIGERIA

A graduate town planning trainee and two interns/ IT students resident in Lagos are urgently needed at a TOPREC/ATOPCON-accredited town planning firm in Ikeja, Lagos.

REQUIREMENTS
A. TOWN PLANNING TRAINEE (1 No.)
1. interested candidate must be a graduate of Urban and Regional Planning with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division)/Lower Credit.
2. knowledge of AutoCAD (2D) is an added advantage.
3. candidate must exhibit high sense of responsibility, have a passion for field work and MUST be a resident in any area in close proximity to Ikeja, Lagos State.
4. ONLY graduates of Urban and Regional Planning are expected to apply. Nevertheless, graduates of Geography and Regional Planning who have substantial knowledge of AutoCAD with considerable knowledge of urban development issues may be considered.

B. INTERN/IT STUDENT (2 Nos.)
1. interested candidates must be in 400 level of a university in Nigeria or OND holders in town and regional planning with passion for knowledge acquisition and field work.
2.such candidates must be within the second class (upper division) bracket or graduated with upper credit at the OND level.
3. such candidates must exhibit in depth commitment and passion for current urban development issues.
4. Candidates might be subjected to written test to assess level of Intelligent quotient.
5. candidates must be residents within areas in close proximity to Ikeja, LAGOS.
