Job Description:
- Assist in implementation monitoring and evaluation of PBR cowpea seed development activities
- create and maintain an electronic archiving system of partners and stakeholders
- assist in mapping out the PBR cowpea seed delivery systems
- Provide technical contribution to the PBR cowpea annual work plans
- assist in drafting technical reports project proposal including factual details regarding project progress
Qualification:
- master degree in agricultural sciences or any other related discipline
- 5 years experience in a relevant field
- ability to build and sustain relationships with key constituents e.g donors research institution seed companies etc
- computer literate in MS office data management and analysis software
- Good English command both written and verbally
- french understanding is an added advantage
Job Position: Administrative and finance assistant
Job Description:
- Manage petty cash, receive cash and cheque payments on behalf of the foundation posting all payments into the financial system
- code and entering of transactions resulting from payments and receipts from Nigeria office
- Provide information and advice to the cowpea project staff on travel including entitlement travel route and hotel arrangement
- prepare travel authorization in line with travel entitlements for cowpea projects staffs, consultant visitors
Qualification:
- A good degree in Business administration or other related discipline possession of professional qualification is an added advantage
- 2 years experience in relevant field
- good business acumen and financial management
- computer literate in internet and email spreadsheet and accounting packages
- strong attention details
