Our client is an architectural powerhouse and urgently needs a high flying, ambitious young lady to fill the role of Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will be required to handle a range of administrative/secretarial duties as required by the position. The requirements for the position include:

1) A degree in any social science discipline from a reputable higher institution
2) Minimum 2 years experience in a secretarial/Personal Assistant position
3) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
4) A positive "can do" attitude
5) Excellent computer skills (must be able to type quite well)
6) Ability to draft documents from minimal information
7) Sound interpersonal and telephone skills
