BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Responsibilities include:
· research the market for identifying new business opportunities
· Follow up on marketing and close business deals
· respond to clients queries regarding the services in a timely fashion
· develop business proposals for new and existing customers
· develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients
· manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities
· participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization
· determine cross-selling opportunities among different services and clients
· develop creative strategies to retain clients and incorporate it into business growth plan
· Supervise and utilize customer contacts and mailing lists
· Will report to Business Development Manager
Please note: Business Development qualification and/or experience in Sales is an added advantage
