A company based in Lagos is in need of a qualified and enthusiastic professional to work as part of her team in a brand new international business development company which has recently opened an office in Nigeria and intends to have a wide regional outreach. The company will be operating offices all over the country therefore all applications are welcomed from applicants residing in this region.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule our daily agenda and to-do list, as well as weekly and monthly calendar appointments.
• Manage incoming and outgoing telephone, fax, and e-mail traffic.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, i.e. sort and read mail, draft responses, maintain network database, receive and send overnight packages.
• Reading, monitoring and responding to emails.
• Answering calls and handling queries.
• Preparing correspondences
• Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters.
• Preparing presentations.
• Preparing papers for meetings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of a diploma from any field are welcome to apply
