Our Client is a major player in the Educational Sector and urgently requires a suitable candidate for the Subject Teacher position as detailed below

Responsibilities:
To establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among the students in your class.
To adapt teaching methods and provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use both in learning activities and in imaginative play to meet students' varying needs and interests.
To plan and conduct activities for a balanced program of instruction, demonstration, and work time that provides students with opportunities to observe, question, and investigate.
To establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects, and communicate those objectives to students.
To prepare, administer, and grade tests, assignments, class work and homework in order to evaluate students' progress.
To confer with parents or guardians, colleagues, counselors, and administrators in order to resolve students' behavioral and academic problems.
To maintain accurate and complete student records as required by laws and administrative regulations of the school.
To prepare, guide and counsel students for later grades by encouraging them to explore learning opportunities and to persevere with challenging tasks.
To attend professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops in order to maintain and improve professional competence.
To participate in supervising and organizing extracurricular activities such as clubs, student organizations, and academic contests.

Qualifications and Requirements:
B.Ed/HND/B.Sc.
Educational qualification will be added advantage.
Minimum of 1 year working experience.
