Stanbic IBTC pays like how much?

pls house does anyone have an idea on how much Stanbic IBTC pay her staff. I was invited for an interview for the post of FRONT DESK OFFICER, and i learnt the salary is based on your negotiating power,pls kindly give me an idea, maybe a round figure or closest to what they pay.
