Our client is a leading Spa Wellness and Beauty Centre in Abuja, Nigeria and is looking for suitable candidates to fill the following position SPA Manager.

Responsibilities:
oversee all SPA business operations by ensuring that guests have a pleasant experience and are happy with services rendered design marketing strategies and formulate business plans that will enhance performance of business operations create and monitor weekly work schedules of staff create and maintain Staff Contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies perform Staff Evaluation Reports with proposed action plans.
Hold regular staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of the Spa’s operation.
Ensure all equipments used in the Spa are properly maintained and in good working
order at all times.
Take appointments and book clients accordingly.
Ensure cash is deposited with accountant daily.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any business and communication management related area.
Minimum of 5 years Post NYSC work experience and at least 3 years experience in a
Managerial level.
Prior sales/marketing and communication experience would be an added advantage (but not a requirement).
Good interpersonal, personal communication and relationship Skills.
Attention to detail and ability to take initiative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas.
Computer literacy.
Enthusiastic, personable, and ambitious.
