Secretary/Customer Relation Officer
A Specialty Catering Services Company requires the service of an experienced Secretary/Customer Relation Officer.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
The Secretary/Customer service officer is required to;
- Attend to all customers promptly and with courtesy - physically and on phone
- Generate business by marketing new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods like cold calling
- Manage existing customers through appropriate propositions and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with service and menu information to aid decision making
- Perform duties of customer data management
- Advise business development, accounts and production department of service requests
- Respond and follow through on customer enquiries
