A Specialty Catering Services Company requires the service of an experienced Secretary/Customer Relation Officer.



Job Duties & Responsibilities

The Secretary/Customer service officer is required to;

  • Attend to all customers promptly and with courtesy - physically and on phone
  • Generate business by marketing new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods like cold calling
  • Manage existing customers through appropriate propositions and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with service and menu information to aid decision making
  • Perform duties of customer data management
  • Advise business development, accounts and production department of service requests
  • Respond and follow through on customer enquiries
