Many organisation that refuses to make profit or break even has come up with the idea of placing advert on job vacancy and asking the applicant to get card from any bank to register online.even the goverment ministries are involve in this but we can't say they are not making profit or breaking even but a way of adding to applicants unemployment state. Its is better to buy a Newspaper for 150 naira to buying a srached card for 1500
