A reputable property company is looking for a suitably qualified individual to fill this position

Responsibilities:
Prepare tender/negotiation documentation (e.g. Bills of Quantities, Schedules of Rates, and Contracts).
Prepare and submit competitive tenders for building main contractors and sub-contractors for all types and value ranges of projects.
Advise on tendering procedures and contractual arrangements.
Negotiate tenders/contracts with the client’s Quantity Surveyor for agreement and awarding of contracts.
Estimate, develop and manage construction schedule, method statement, and temporary plan.
Responsible for coordination with contractors, suppliers, and other parties
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Candidate must have a good degree.
Minimum 2 years’ QS experience in construction industry.
Tender QS experience preferred.
Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
