Desired Candidate Profile :-
Qualification: B.Sc (Chemistry)/M.Sc.(Chemistry)
Add on Qualification: a) Preferably IIP b) Computer savvy with good proficiency in Excel and Word

Job Description:-
• He should build / strengthen and implement Quality systems with specific focus on reducing rejections and improving customer satisfaction index
• He should train/ educate / develop local staff (approx 15 nos.) and mentor them to work efficiently in QA function
• He should minimize Internal non-conformities
• He should have good command on English and should demonstrate leadership skills
• He should be well conversant with Test methods and testing instruments
• He shall be well conversant with QMS ISO 9001-2008 /ISO18001-2007 or ISO-14001, HACCP, Food Safety.
• He should possess appropriate process knowledge related to gravure printing /lamination /bag making/Blown films /Flexo printing and shall play vital role in bringing process improvements and Standardize SOP.
• He shall implement statistical tools and techniques to measure Quality performance
• He should effectively deal with customer complaints /Customer audits / third party audits and plan for mitigation of gaps
