Protocol Officer wanted in a leading travel Agency with religious foundation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain cordial relationships with the various Government agencies at international/domestic airports facilitate effective meet and greet services for Clients
• Protect all internal and external stakeholders from the threat of extortion or harassment by official and unofficial agencies at designated Nigerian airports and border posts
• Supervise escort patrol
• Update all travel records to facilitate efficient tracking and monitoring of all submitted application
• Follow up and liaise with embassies on receipts and execution of all protocol procedures
• Prepare information guidelines for Clients
• Submit monthly report of all activities

ROLE PROFILE

• Minimum First Degree or HND in any discipline
• Postgraduate Qualification (such as MBA) is an advantage.
• Membership of relevant Professional Body is a plus.
• Knowledge of the travel industry be a distinct advantage

• Good organisational and time management Skills
• Smart appearance and professionalism
• Diplomacy and tact in dealing with team members and clients
• May be required to work outside normal business hours

WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Minimum of two years experience in a similar role
