Our client located at Abuja seeks the services of a project supervisor who will manage and supervise building constructions at different locations in Abuja. Candidate must have the following:

HND or BSC degree in Architecture
about 1 -2years experience in project or building supervision
Age: Minimum of 28 - 35years old
Sex: Male


Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of auto card software and 3D for design
• Must be able to identify resources and assign duties to project executives
• Must be able to meet project timelines and deliver according to specification
• Must be able to deploy effective project management skills in all projects
• Must be able to design and supervise the execution of all project work and ensure optimum success

Skills/Competencies

• Good project management and costing skills
• Good supervisory and negotiating skill
• Good planning and time management skill
• Must be analytical
• Excellent communication skill (written and oral)
• Good creative and design skills
• Good interpersonal skill
