A major Property Development Organisation owning substantial commercial and residential properties in Nigeria seeks to fill this position

Responsibilities:
Provide clerical and administrative support.
Reports directly to the CEO.
Responsible for specific projects, as well as, coordinating and implementing office procedures.
Arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes.
Arranging travel and accommodation for the CEO, etc.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Good University Degree.
At least 5 years of experience
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word ,Microsoft Excel , Power Point.
Candidate must possess a pro active and flexible attitude.
Candidate must have the ability to multi-task and to work under pressure.
Candidate must be possess a friendly, helpful and outgoing personality.
Candidate must have the ability to work efficiently and effectively with little day to day guidance.
