Responsibilities:
- Organize, develop and coordinate the sales and marketing plan for the company, will spearhead the development of Retail sales and coordinate Retail management effort for the company.
- Set target goals for each segment of the business like sales, staff customer service training etc.
- Design and coordinate all relevant/required schemes for branding, sales and promotional activities and build an effective customer database.
- Design and supervise a structure for an effective customer service orientation and report to the CEO.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- BSc/HND in Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration or Accounting preferred.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience in Sales, Marketing and Brand development.
- Previous experience in retail development is an advantage.
- A post graduate degree will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Application is critical.
- Candidate must be ready to travel across branches to implement sales and promotional events.
- The post holder must be target driven.
- Candidate must be less than 30 years old.
