Responsibilities:

  • Organize, develop and coordinate the sales and marketing plan for the company, will spearhead the development of Retail sales and coordinate Retail management effort for the company.
  • Set target goals for each segment of the business like sales, staff customer service training etc.
  • Design and coordinate all relevant/required schemes for branding, sales and promotional activities and build an effective customer database.
  • Design and supervise a structure for an effective customer service orientation and report to the CEO.


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • BSc/HND in Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration or Accounting preferred.
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience in Sales, Marketing and Brand development.
  • Previous experience in retail development is an advantage.
  • A post graduate degree will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Application is critical.
  • Candidate must be ready to travel across branches to implement sales and promotional events.
  • The post holder must be target driven.
  • Candidate must be less than 30 years old.
